This policy explains what information Young Towing, a Young Truck & Trailer company, collects through youngtowingut.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you send a tow request through our form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, vehicle details, pickup and drop-off locations, timing, and any notes. When you call us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us about your situation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our site and the services that run it record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and call tracking that shows us which page a call came from. These tools may use cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule or complete your tow
- To contact you about the service you asked for
- To keep the website secure and working
- To understand how people use the site so we can improve it
How we share it
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with companies that help us run the website and our business, such as our web host and our email delivery, call tracking, and analytics providers, and only as much as they need to do that work. After an accident, we share details with your insurance company or body shop when you ask us to coordinate with them. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above and for our normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve given us. Call us at (801) 970-3684 and we’ll take care of it. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies.
Children
Our site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
